From 2021 to 2023, Texas Rangers slugger Adolis García established himself as one of the most consistent and exciting home run hitters in the game. The outfielder mashed 31 home runs in ’21, followed up with 27 home runs in ’22, and hit a career-high 39 home runs in ’23. García helped the Rangers win a World Series title in 2023, and will likely play a key role in the franchise’s success in the coming years.

In this list, we’re using data from Statcast to count down the 10 longest home runs of his career to date. (All videos appear courtesy of MLB.)

Here are the 10 longest home runs of Adolis García’s career.

9 (t). 433 feet: August 4, 2023, at Globe Life Field

You don’t see home runs enter the second deck at Globe Life Field in Arlington all that often, but that’s exactly where García’s 28th home run of 2023 landed. García launched the towering shot off a low fastball from Miami’s Jesús Luzardo, connecting with an exit velocity of 110.8 mph and sending the baseball into the second deck in left-center field. The August 4 tape-measure blast, which was García’s second homer of the game, traveled 433 feet.

9 (t). 433 feet: June 5, 2022, at Globe Life Field

García made no mistake when Seattle’s George Kilby threw him a high cutter during a matchup on June 5, 2022. The Rangers slugger smacked the baseball with an exit velocity of 109 mph, sending it 433 feet to the facing of the second deck in left-center field. The home run, his 10th of the campaign, was García’s fourth-longest of the 27 that he hit in 2022.

8. 438 feet: September 14, 2021, at Globe Life Field

García earned an American League All-Star Game spot and finished fifth in AL Rookie of the Year voting in 2021, thanks in part to the 31 long balls that he hit during his first full MLB season. The second-longest of those blasts — his 30th of the season — came in Arlington on September 14 against state rival Houston. García put a good swing on a slider from veteran Zack Greinke, sending the ball off the right side of the batter’s eye. The home run traveled 438 and had an exit velocity of 108.6 mph.

7. 440 feet: May 31, 2022, at Globe Life Field

Of the 27 home runs that García hit in 2022, just two flew farther than the one he hit in front of the Rangers faithful on the final day of May. Rays pitcher Ryan Yarbrough threw a decent pitch to García — a changeup on the outside bottom corner — but the Texas outfielder had no trouble connecting with an exit velocity of 111.4 mph and lifting the ball to left-center field. It deflected off the seats above the bullpen, 440 feet from home plate.

6. 444 feet: August 6, 2023, at Globe Life Field

García didn’t waste any time hitting his 29th home run of 2023. On the first pitch he saw from Miami’s Geoff Hartlieb during an eighth-inning at-bat, the outfielder smacked a slider 444 feet to straightaway center field. The baseball, which left García’s bat at 105.8 mph, bounced off the top of the Globe Life Field batter’s eye and fell back onto the outfield grass. Only two of García’s 39 round-trippers in ’23 traveled farther than this one.

4 (t). 448 feet: July 26, 2023, at Minute Maid Park

In a span of just under two months in 2023, García hit a pair of 448-foot home runs that would tie for his longest HR of the season. The first of these, hit on July 26, came in fine fashion — a grand slam against the Astros at Minute Maid Park. García jumped all over a fastball from Seth Martinez and drove the baseball off the facing just below the train tracks above left field. The baseball left García’s bat at 110.4 mph and was his 25th long ball of the season. He picked up four of his 107 RBIs in 2023 in this one swing.

4 (t). 448 feet: September 24, 2023, at Globe Life Field

The second 448-foot home run that García hit in 2023 came at home on September 24. The outfielder turned on a fastball from Seattle’s Bryan Woo and drove it deep into the second deck in left field. The home run had an exit velocity of 109.2 mph and was García’s 36th of the season. No baseball that he hit in ’23 flew farther than this one.

3. 449 feet: June 25, 2022, at Globe Life Field

García’s second-longest home run of 2022 gave the Rangers fans at Globe Life Field plenty to cheer about. This home run, García’s 15th of the season, ended up being the sixth-longest HR hit at the Texas ballpark in ’22. It came against Kyle Finnegan and the Washington Nationals on June 25. García ripped a slider with an exit velocity of 108.3 mph, sending the baseball 449 feet over the fence to deep left-center field.

2. 450 feet: August 7, 2021, at Oakland Coliseum

García reached the 450-foot mark for the first time in his big league career on August 7, 2021, thanks to a towering long ball hit in Oakland. The home run came off Cole Irvin, who threw an elevated fastball that García clocked with an exit velocity of 107.8 mph. The baseball flew 450 feet to left-center field, where a fan in the suites above the field-level seats leaned out of his window and made a nifty catch.

1. 453 feet: August 22, 2022, at Target Field

García hit the longest home run of his career, to date, on August 22, 2022, in Minneapolis. The long ball in question came against a hanging slider from Sonny Gray, and García made no mistake. He connected with an exit velocity of 107.8 mph and pounded the baseball into the second deck in left-center field. The home run, García’s 20th of the campaign, traveled 453 feet. It was the sixth-longest home run hit at Target Field that season.
