PNC Field is just a couple of minutes off I-81 and impossible to miss. Once you get off the highway and find yourself driving along Montage Mountain Drive, keep your eyes peeled because the park has a tendency to sneak up on the left. The first entrance to the park that you see is for players, staff and season ticket holders. Drive for just another few seconds and take the next left for the main parking lot. Best of all, don’t worry about fumbling for your wallet as you make the turn toward the lot – parking at PNC Field is free, which goes a long way to getting your visit off to a great start.

If you’re visiting PNC Field from out of town, your best choice for accommodations is the Courtyard Scranton/Wilkes Barre. This hotel is so close to the ballpark that you can see its roof poking through the trees beyond the left field corner. It’s just a couple minutes away by car or, if you choose to have a few beers at the game, a very short walk or taxi ride. You can’t beat the Courtyard’s convenience, but you’ll also enjoy the spacious rooms, newly renovated lobby, business center, free Internet, indoor pool, fitness center and the extensive menu at The Bistro, a restaurant located off the hotel’s lobby. If you’d rather eat something else, a number of nearby restaurants offer delivery to the hotel
